If you would like to lose weight and feel that you might be ready to commit to a new way of eating that is healthy, sane, science-based and filled with opportunities for measurable health improvement and personal growth, then consider joining the Weight Loss Friendship Circle. We will be following the program set forth in a book called Bright Line Eating by Susan Pierce Thompson, Ph.D. We will add the power of prayer and the magic of friendship. Come find out why tens of thousands of folks around the world have found this program to be different from other plans and so effective for losing weight and maintaining the loss. This may not be the best program for someone who is casually interested in losing a few pounds. It is a great program for someone who has struggled with weight for a long time or who has tried several other programs and not been able to maintain weight loss. We will meet on Wednesday mornings at 10 a.m. for ten weeks, beginning on February 7. The group will be limited to the first 10 participants.
