Small Groups

Small groups are a wonderful way to build relationships and to delve deeper into faith. Right now we have four functioning small groups, but are always open to new ones starting, so talk to Pastor if you have a vision for a particular group! The current groups are the Faith Formation, Social Justice, Prayer Ministry Team, Bible Study, Book Study, Prayer Shawl Ministry.

Prayer Ministry Team

The second Monday of every month at 11:30 p.m. in the Parlor

This is a mixed group of Atonement members who meet for intentional prayer using a prayer list and issues important to the congregation at the time, meeting at the Church in the Parlor.  You are welcome to join us here anytime!

Prayer Shawl Ministry

The first Monday of every month at 3:00 p.m. in the Parlor (no meetings in June, July or August)

This is a lovely group of Atonement members who meet for the goal of preparing prayer shawls for our yearly graduates, loss of a loved one, and those in need during an illness.

Social Justice

Meets every month at 7:00 p.m. on Zoom

This group is led by Karen Wang and if you want to join please ask Crystal in the church office for the link.

Faith Formation meets every Sunday in the Nave at 8:45 a.m. and then folks are dismissed into either the privacy room or remain in Nave at 9:00 a.m.
