There are many people without whom we could not carry out worship here at Atonement.  You are invited to participate in any and all ways!  Here are a few of the many roles:   

• Greeter - a friendly smile and handshake go a long way in making people feel welcome
• Deacon - prepares coffee and other items before worship
• Altar Guild - prepares and cleans up when we have communion, among other things
• Lector - reads the scripture lessons in worship
• Usher - Greets people, hands out bulletins, helps people find what they need, takes offering, and more
• Sound technician - works in the sound booth to make sure microphones are on and at the right volume
• Acolyte - lights the candles, distributes offering plates, and more
• Musician - whether you sing, play an instrument, or want to try handbells, there is a place for you!  
• Communion Assistant - helps distribute the wine or grape juice during communion 
• Assisting Minister - is the prayer leader in worship, and distributes bread or cup at communion
